Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the use of services provided by Out of the Wild Canine Academy, LLC(“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By booking, enrolling in, or purchasing services, you agree to these Terms.

Terms of Service

We provide professional dog training services, including in-home private lessons, structured board-and-train programs, and boarding services for established clients. All services are offered as fixed-price programs with defined scopes, timelines, and inclusions outlined in written agreements, invoices, or service descriptions.

Services are scheduled in advance and subject to availability. Program start dates, session schedules, and durations are confirmed prior to service commencement. Missed sessions or early termination may result in forfeiture of services without refund.

A deposit is required to reserve services. Remaining balances are due prior to or at the start of the program unless otherwise stated in writing. Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of services.

Due to the customized and scheduled nature of dog training services, refunds are subject to the following terms:

• Deposits are non-refundable.
• Cancellations prior to program start may be eligible for a partial refund, excluding the deposit and any administrative or preparation fees.
• Once services have begun, refunds are not guaranteed.
• Early termination by the client results in forfeiture of unused services.
• Program interruption or medical withdrawal may result in rescheduling or proration of unused services at the Company’s discretion.
• Payments made using third-party installment providers are subject to the provider’s terms.

Clients must provide accurate information regarding their dog’s health, behavior, and history. Dogs must be current on required vaccinations and free from contagious illness prior to participation.

Dog training involves inherent risks. Training outcomes vary by dog and handler consistency, and no guarantees are made regarding specific results.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in services.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
